Jack Gillespie – Broker Associate
More than four decades after starting his real estate career, Jack Gillespie has built a reputation

collecting wine, supporting the LA Kings and cycling. Jack and his wife, Maureen, have been
married for 35 years. They have two grown daughters who are both active real estate agents:
Claire Gillespie-Waldron and Maggie Gillespie-Wright. Their family also includes two sons-in-
law and two grandchildren.

Jack Gillespie’s home. As a Manhattan Beach native, Maggie knows firsthand how the beach

Kelly Carrera-Host – Design & Marketing Director
Kelly is a born-and- bred California Girl. She was exposed to design concepts and property
development at an early age—watching as her parents toured model homes and adapted
concepts in their own home, while also making improvements to their rental properties. Kelly
attended San Bernardino Valley College and eventually made her home in Manhattan Beach
where she met Barry, her husband for over 30 wonderful years. Before she discovered her
passion for home design and creative advertising, she had a wide array of experiences from
restaurant owner to dental assistant, nutritional specialist, and Spa manager. Her favorite –
merchandising – allowed her to use her talents for selecting and showcasing beautiful products.
Kelly believes the secret to success lies in choosing to sell only products that you truly believe
in. She loves meeting and helping people and, her incredible work ethic is grounded in trust
and dedication to getting the job done. Kelly fills a vital role in advising clients on design and
staging techniques to help prepare their home for sale. And when it comes time to put the
property on the market, Kelly’s high standards and sharp eye for detail combined with
exceptional and creative marketing techniques get the property in front of an expansive pool of
potential buyers.
